Last year I sold these spooky chocolate mini cake tins at my local farmer’s market and they were so loved people came back again the following weekends just to grab one!
I baked my chocolate cake in mini aluminum foil trays, then decorated with Swiss meringue buttercream. The tins comes with clear lids to they can be transported, refrigerated, and the decorations can still be seen.
To get the spooky background, place black frosting and red frosting and spread across the tin going in one direction.
Then, using a circle tip filled with white frosting, make little ghost shapes
Use small black sprinkles for eyes and little ghost sprinkles if you have them. That’s it!
